In these videos, they offer useful tips to meet all of your nutrient needs while restricting the diet to improve gut symptoms for IBS. These recipes are also useful for lactose or gluten-free diets.
Recipe: Snack/lunchbox smoked chicken celeriac remoulade
Serves 2
Quarter celeriac
1 tbsp Alpro soya alternative to plain yogurt
1 tbsp mayo
2 tsp dijon
Juice of half a lemon
1 chicken breast
Parsley
Tarragon
1 tsp capers
