Sophie Medlin
Sophie Medlin is a well-recognised consultant dietitian and is the Chair for the British Dietetic Association for London.
Sophie has expertise in gastrointestinal and colorectal health. She worked in acute hospitals specialising in gastrointestinal diseases before moving into academia, where she worked as a lecturer at King’s College London.
Sophie has specialist knowledge and skills in the management of medical conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), colorectal dysfunction, diverticular disease and polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Dr. Bridgette Wilson
Dr Bridgette Wilson is a gut specialist clinical and research dietitian with a wealth of clinical dietetic experience both in the NHS and private healthcare.
Bridgette specialises in helping patients with irritable bowel syndrome (both diarrhoea and constipation), inflammatory bowel disease, reflux, dyspepsia and orofacial granulomatosis (oral inflammation).
In addition, Bridgette has a wealth of experience helping patients develop healthy balanced eating habits to optimise: general gut health; vegan diets; weight management; diabetes control; polycystic ovary syndrome and reactive hypoglycaemia.

Cristian Costas
Cristian Costas Batlle is a registered dietitian specialising in adult coeliac disease. He has worked in acute hospitals for over 5 years and has set up a national award-winning dietetic-led coeliac service in the UK, where he is responsible for explaining the diagnosis and dietary management to patients, ordering bloods, assessing their bone health and overseeing their health needs.
Cristian also supports people living with other gluten-related conditions like gluten ataxia or non-coeliac gluten/wheat sensitivity. He can also help you get diagnosed with a gluten-related condition and help to address food tolerance issues.

Frances Ralph
Frances Ralph is a King’s College London trained, specialist dietitian, with over 10 years’ experience in NHS and private practice.

Frances provides a down-to-earth and non-judgmental space for her patients. She specialises in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and symptoms such as constipation, bloating, diarrhoea and reflux. She has expertise in the low FODMAP diet.
Frances has also worked as a NHS service lead for care home residents and can provide specialist support in elderly care, including malnutrition.

Ellouise Simpson
Ellouise is a passionate and dedicated Dietitian, with many years of experience working in the NHS and private sector. She takes a holistic and realistic approach to help clients manage a wide range of health concerns such as weight management, family nutrition, high blood pressure and cholesterol.
Ellouise's main speciality is Diabetes care and guides clients by adapting their cultural foods through meal planning and alternative cooking options.
Using her extensive nutrition counselling skills she helps clients achieve better blood glucose control and improve their overall quality of life.

Claire Moore
Claire is an oncology specialist dietitian. She has wealth of clinical experience in both NHS and private healthcare and has spent the last 11 years supporting patients through cancer treatment.
Through compassionate evidence-based advice Claire helps patients to gain clarity and control through their treatment, and beyond.
In addition, Claire is able to provide tailored advice when adjusting to life after cancer treatment. Whether it is adapting to changes following surgery, weight management or optimising gut health post-chemotherapy.

Tai Ibitoye
Tai Ibitoye is a Registered Dietitian based in London specialising in nutrition support for adults and women’s health.
Tai is passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition advice and information to help her clients make well- informed decisions when it comes to their diet and health.
Tai has a keen interest in tailoring and diversifying dietary advice to support Black individuals who consume African and Caribbean diets.
Tai is also a Doctoral Researcher in Food and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Reading.

Dr. Danielle Bear
Dr. Danni Bear is a highly experienced registered dietitian with nearly 20 experience. Currently, she works as a clinical academic at a leading London teaching hospital and King’s College London.
Danni’s expertise lies in critically ill patients, guiding them through recovery and helping reduce muscle wasting. Her award-winning PhD research has significantly contributed to understanding how nutrition can support recovery.
In addition, Danni specialises in managing chronic respiratory diseases and aiding patients before and after surgery.
Danni can also support with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, fertility journeys, perimenopause and menopause, and long COVID.

Pooja Dhir
Pooja Dhir is a registered specialist dietitian who has worked as a senior manager in the NHS, specialising in upper gastrointestinal and surgery. She is Kings College Trained in the low FODMAP diet.
Pooja has worked in acute hospitals, and has written articles for CN magazine and is published in the Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She is due to start a PhD.
She has experience in behavioural change, counselling and communication.
Pooja has experience and is able to use multilingual skills in conversing in Hindi and Punjabi to provide nutritional advice, and has an understanding of South Asian diets.
