Frances Ralph
Frances Ralph is a HCPC registered gut specialist dietitian with a broad range of NHS and private experience. She studied Nutrition & Dietetics at King’s College London where she received a first class honors degree and won awards for her performance. She is a full member of the British Dietetic Association.

Frances is passionate about providing a down-to-earth and non-judgmental space for her patients. Her specialist area is the management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other functional gut disorders with symptoms such as constipation, bloating, diarrhoea and reflux.

She has first-hand experience of the impact of IBS and is passionate about supporting others to find symptom relief through diet and lifestyle. She is experienced in the low FODMAP diet. Alongside clinical work, Frances is a published academic author investigating the nutritional impacts of a low FODMAP diet.

Frances has also led an innovative NHS care home dietetic service so can support with care of the elderly, rehabilitation and malnutrition. She has worked in the community with residents and their families and carers and understands the challenges they face.
